I bought a brand-new TV from Verkkokauppa. I personally unboxed it and started using it, but after only about two months, the TV stopped working completely.

At that time, I was on vacation for three weeks. When I came back from vacation, I contacted Verkkokauppa and explained the problem. They told me to come to the store and said they could handle the issue there.

However, when I went to the store, the staff member told me that they could not accept the return because their return policy is only 32 days.

I understand that there is a 32-day return policy, but this is not a situation where I simply changed my mind about the TV. This was a brand-new TV that stopped working after only two months of normal use. I contacted Verkkokauppa after returning from my vacation and explained the situation.

I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. When you buy a brand-new product, you expect it to work properly and you expect the seller to provide proper support when something goes wrong so soon after purchase.

I hope Verkkokauppa will reconsider my case and provide a fair solution.
