Did you buy a new TV or home appliance and wonder what to do with the old one? Order recycling of the old device together with the home delivery of the new device, and we will take care of recycling the old device for you.

The service includes:

removal and recycling of a device corresponding to the delivered device

The service does not include:

disconnecting the old device from mounts, connections, and hookups
recycling of Festivo
floor and wall protection

Note: When you order an installation service for the new device in addition to the recycling service, the installer will disconnect the old device for you.

Make sure of the following before ordering so that the service can be performed:

The device to be recycled corresponds in type to the new device being delivered (e.g., refrigerator from refrigerator, TV from TV).
If there are multiple devices to be recycled, a recycling service must be purchased for each device.
The service is subject to the following weight and size restrictions:
- Devices up to 85 kg will be picked up from inside the residence during the delivery of the new device.
- Devices weighing more than 85 kg will not be picked up from inside the residence. The device must be moved outside next to the pickup vehicle in an unobstructed location.
If you have ordered only the recycling service, the device must be disconnected from mounts, connections, and hookups before the service provider arrives.
The device to be recycled has been emptied of all materials and liquids.
If the device to be recycled is a refrigeration device, it has been defrosted.
There is unobstructed access to the pickup location of the device to be recycled, or you inform about stairs and other access obstacles when booking the service.
